The story of how kindergarten children became readers
On the 20th April 2018 children and their teachers from kindergarten 21 visited our school library. The preschoolers learned about the new place with interest. During the visit, the children had the opportunity to go between the bookshelves and get acquainted with the library. Children were very interested in books on the shelves, but what caught their attention completely was the "Reading Corner" for children. Everyone liked the colorful and richly illustrated books, which they happily watched and commented on. During the meeting as part of the Erasmus + project "Dream A Little Dream", students from the Friends of Books Group presented a fairy tale "Quintuplets", and every kindergarten teacher and educator received a bookmark from the librarian. At the end, the children could take home their first books borrowed from the school library.
